This place is quite clean and it's a terrific spot with attentive staff. The breakfast at the restaurant is amazing, serving up a good variety of choices and complimentary tea. The units are spacious and come with everything you need. 🍳

Hotel was nice, but a.)i chose the hotel because it advertised free airport shuttle. however, when i got there they told me the shuttle didn't operate at 7:30 a.m. I paid 27 euros for a 2 mile taxi ride!! b.) lots of kids-energy-volume!! family hotel

This place is quite clean and wonderful, offering an above-average breakfast with a variety of hot options, just 5 km from Peretola airport.

It was close to the airport, but quiet. The staff tried to be helpful. It needs to tighten up its act and add more staff. Hairs on the bathroom floor (many of them) when we arrived.

Genuinely helpful and very amiable staff and quick to respond. Private parking on-site provided. Nice pool area too. Perfect, good location close to the airport for overnight stay for early morning flight. And just next door to which almost never happens, restaurant or anything, and central Florence.

Great location! It was super easy to get around and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go without any hassle. Found an amazing restaurant nearby for dinner 🍽️.

Beds are nothing more than futons......very low end.....we didn't get our wake up call on time and almost missed our flight....the restaurant was poorly staffed, terrible service and long wait for lunch...had to ask for our lunch....our waitress had disappeared and no one checked for our meal....

Its location near to the Airport is very Good. The room is comfertable and clean.

Its a pain to get to the Airport if you dont have your own car or taking a Flight outside the shuttel services schedule. It costed Euro 25 for a 5 minute ride. The bar and restaurant are very basic with no variety and a very small menu. The Hotel did appear to be understaffed with the restauarnt manager doubling up as a Bar man. I waited for 15 minutes to locate somebody who could pour me a drink.

The double room was spacious with complimentary tea, all necessary facilities were available, and the staff was extremely helpful, while the location was convenient.

It is the best hotel near the Florence airport.

The taxi fare to the airport which is only 10 minutes away is shockingly high however. Be prepared to spend upwards of 20 euro for 2 people and 4 pieces of luggage.

The breakfast was delicious and served hot, and the restaurant always had fresh food available.

Shuttle started running at 8 A.M. No way could it be used for a morning flight. No printer at computer for printing boarding passes. Too far from airport to be advertised as an airport hotel.

The room we had was badly in need of re-furbishing. It looked as if it had not been redecorated since the 1970s.The carpet & bathroom vinyl were badly stained & the daybed was worn & dirty round the edges.
